And BOOM there it is! Right on schedule, hitting a huge muscle recomposition phase now, that "run over by a truck feeling" that you get in week 2 and early week 3 is gone, and we're in "walking on sunshine" territory with a whole new set of beefed up muscle fibers. Feels so good.
When you train you have to surf these three week tear-down/build up waves, without getting too depressed in the low times or to over-eager in the high times. Enjoy whatever stage you're in for the qualities of the stage itself and stick to your plan!
Easy to say when you're on ending the week on a high note, hard to do when you're in the pits. But all true!
