Day 24: All it takes


The Kenzai crew has been using our Beddit sleep trackers to get interesting data on how we're sleeping. I'm famously the worst sleeper in the office, but this morning I woke up with a first for me, a perfect 100 score. Eight and a half hours of deep sleep.

This was kind of cool, but kind of depressing. All I need to do to get an awesome night's sleep is do an early morning workout, swim and hike in a national forest, drive 4 hours, and not do any work. Just get those simple things right and good sleep is easy!

I'll take what I can get but just once would like to have a passing sleep score on a normal-ass day, not the day after barely sleeping or coming home from a big trip. Is that too much to ask!?
