Day 4: Long day

Got home at 10 pm tonight, no dinner, no evening snack. Was sorely tempted just to go straight to bed. But a deal is a deal and I promised you all (and myself) as compliant a program as I can possibly pull off. So threw the worlds saddest salad together and made it work.

When you're day gets out from under you, it can be so tempting just to throw your hands up and call it a wash, and not eat, or choose a fast, unhealthy option that makes you feel better for a few minutes but leaves you feeling lousy the next day. These days when your schedule is getting the best of you are in fact the days you need to eat right and exercise THE MOST!

Tough advice to follow but feels so good when you get it right.
