In the last six weeks I've dropped 9 pounds of bodyfat. Truly a Fatpocalypse. And we're not even halfway done! The timing has been really good, because in the last few weeks I've had a bunch of back to school/end of season events, meeting a lot of people for the first time.
It's really nice to make a first impression on people from a place of fitness! It feels like they're meeting your best self. Just another perk of getting your nutrition and exercise right, a little social currency that goes a long way!
