Over the years we’ve had hundreds of Kenzai Body graduates contact us about doing another full 90 day training cycle. Some people try on their own with mixed success, others have redone the original plan and found it less than thrilling to be repeating the same material for a second time.
It’s clear that a Kenzai alumni needs a specially designed course when they want to dive into a complete 3 month training effort. You need fresh lessons that take your understanding of nutrition and physiology deeper. You need new workouts that challenge your body in new and surprising ways. You need a trainer that understands the unique motivational hurdles you’ll face in a second round of intense training. And you need to team up with fellow Kenzai Body graduates who understand the rules of the road and are ready to get down to business.
Kenzai Body 2 is designed for Kenzai Body graduates who are looking to take their fitness back up to Day 90 levels and beyond. We will introduce dynamic full-body exercises in addition to whole new exercises. The workout intensity will ramp up like a usual program, so you don’t need to be in fantastic shape to start. However, we would like you to have a few solid weeks of exercise under your belt to avoid burnout or injury.
Don’t sign up for a second round of intense training unless you’re truly ready for all the time and responsibility it entails. Kenzai Body 2 is for serious trainees willing to put in the 13 weeks of consistency and determination. At the same time you'll get expert advice on how to handle the inevitable motivation slumps that can happen during a second cycle of serious training.
