Kenzai Min/Max will show you how to get maximal results with minimal time, over the course of 5 weeks of efficient training. We know you lead a busy and full life. Sometimes you don’t have the bandwidth to fully commit to a training cycle, with all the time and energy needed to stick to your diet, do daily workouts, and manage your motivation and willpower reserves. Kenzai Min/Max is here to show you what’s possible with the minimum investment of time.
Here’s how it works.
Min/Max takes what goes into a normal training cycle and extracts only those things which get the biggest results with the least amount of discipline and effort:
Easy-to-follow diet: During this program, you’ll get a single diet to take you through the five weeks. You have the choice to follow it closely, or ease up and play things a little looser with your food and drink. As long as you don’t totally go off the rails you’ll get results!
3 workouts a week. We’ve narrowed our exercise library down to 12 essential movements which give you the biggest effect for your workout time. Workouts are designed to be done in 20 minutes 3 times a week, meaning you have no more than 1 hour of time you need to square away for your workouts. You can choose whichever days of the week you like for your workouts.
Optional cardio. On non-workout days you can choose to add 20-40 minutes of cardio if you like. The more cardio you include the faster you’ll see results.
3 Lessons a Week. We concentrate the knowledge you need into just 3 lessons per week, which will teach you how to squeeze out maximum results from minimal inputs.
You shouldn’t join this program expecting the same results you’d get on an intense training cycle. However, you’ll be surprised how much progress you can make with just a small percentage of your time devoted to fitness. This program is a great choice if you’re heading into a busy time of year, have a limited schedule, or just need a break from the grind of intense training. It’s also an excellent way to learn how to maintain your progress in between more serious training cycles.
