Have you always wanted a more shapely rump, but weren’t sure how to make it happen?
Kenzai Sculpt is your program! Tone, lift, shape and sculpt your seat with 6 weeks of a specialized program focused on your posterior and related muscles. We’re going to strengthen your posterior chain using ballet fundamentals in the classic Kenzai style, with a community of Kenzai Body grads and our training and diet staff at your side. Together we’ll sculpt those hips, legs and thighs into things of toned beauty. And all the guys out there who don’t think you need to work on your booty, trust us when we say YOU DO!
Trainees will develop improved posture, proper movement patterns, and increased functional strength of the posterior chain (legs, glutes, back) which will translate to improvement in performance, power, endurance, flexibility and balance. In short, a hot booty and a fit body to match.
