Our goal for every trainee is independence. We want to free you from fad diets, gimmicky fitness gadgets, useless supplements, and expensive personal trainers. If we've done our job right, at the end of a Kenzai program you won't even need Kenzai anymore!

To do this, we give you a daily lesson every single day of your program. These lessons will teach you how to train like a pro, using the most up-to-date nutrition and exercise methods. Week by week you'll learn how your body works through anatomy and physiology lessons. You'll also get insider tips on how to stay focused and motivated through the challenge of real training. Over the weeks you gain all the knowledge you need to eat and exercise right not just for your program, but for the rest of your life.
