We are excited to be launching our all new Kenzai platform, and all programs starting in January 2020 will take place exclusively on it! It’s been years in the making, and will make your training days more fun, fresh, and effective than ever.

Before we go on, here’s how to get the new Kenzai Fitness & Nutrition app working on your mobile phone.

DOWNLOAD THE KENZAI FITNESS & NUTRITION APP.

iOS USERS:

Go to the App Store on your mobile phone and download Kenzai Fitness & Nutrition.

ANDROID USERS:

Go to the Google Play store on your mobile phone and download Kenzai Fitness & Nutrition.

LOG IN WITH YOUR EMAIL

Once KENZAI 2020 is installed on your phone, open the app and sign-in with the email address you use to access our old app and kenzai.me.

You'll be sent an email with a Kenzai pin code to verify your account. Check your email and center the code into the app when prompted. If you have any technical issues installing the app, you can email tech@kenzai.com and our team will get you sorted!!!

SELECT YOUR FIRST PROGRAM OF 2020!!!

Check out our Advanced Programs Catalog (guide below) to determine which program to join in 2020!!!

Access the Kenzai Catalog by first navigating to your PROFILE. Next, select 'PROGRAMS' from within your profile page. Lastly, select 'CATALOG' to preview available 2020 courses.

Preview available 2020 programs and select your first training program of the 2020!

Train at your own pace between programs with our new-and-improved workout selector!!!

Access the Kenzai Split Workout feature by first navigating to your CLIPBOARD tab. Next, tap a daily image card.

Tap 'Choose your workout'.

Next, select an intensity level and then the the muscle groups or workout type of your choosing. Then, hit next to begin your workout!!!

If you have questions or run into any problems our Customer Support can be accessed from within the CHAT tab. Once in the chat tab, tap the circular teal chat button. Then select the Customer Support channel and begin direct messaging with our team.
