Kenzai Lockdown is a 30 day exercise, nutrition, and education program that you can participate in without ever leaving your home. The goal is to equip you in mind, body and spirit to deal with the unprecedented reality of the world as we battle the novel Coronavirus. And hopefully, we have some fun doing it!
Kenzai Lockdown is run by real trainers and real nutritionists in real time. It leverages over a decade of experience to provide you with a program developed specifically for the scenario of being stuck "sheltering in-place."

We’ll teach you how to make the most of canned goods, frozen fruit and vegetables , and even how to change your eating patterns to fit the odd schedules that arise from lockdown situations.

We train with the spirit that we may be by ourselves, but we are not alone! Your trainer, teammates, and the entire vibrant global Kenzai Community are just a few taps away. Share text, photos, videos, or chat with fellow trainees around the world. We’re all in this together. Unlike other fitness programs, our trainers are college educated, NASM certified professionals--there to support you and keep you accountable.
You’ll receive a new workout every day of your program. This lets you safely ramp up the difficulty of the exercises so that you’re never overwhelmed or at risk of injury. If and exercise isn’t working for you, your trainer will provide tips and substitutions. No gym needed!
Knowledge you can trust
Daily lessons cover the many issues that Coronavirus has brought to our lives. This includes not only how to eat and exercise, but the science behind quarantining, sanitation, and immunity, as well as how to deal with the anxiety and boredom of being locked down at home.
All workouts are designed to be done at home in small spaces.
Your daily cardio can be done inside or out. If you’re doing cardio in your home, we have quiet options which won’t disturb downstairs neighbors!
