Healthy Eating Guidelines
Discover eating smart and clean. No special foods or odd diets! Just the right foods in the right portions.
Daily bodyweight workouts, no gym or special equipment needed. Workouts take between 15 and 20 minutes.
Real trainers guide and support you during the program. Available 7/7, Kenzai certified trainers work with you through the lockdown wherever you are in the world!

Unlike other fitness programs, our trainers are college educated, NASM certified professionals--here to support you and keep you accountable. Share text, photos, videos, or chat with fellow trainees around the world. We’re all in this together.
You’ll receive a new workout every day of your program. This lets you safely ramp up the difficulty of the exercises so that you’re never overwhelmed or at risk of injury. If and exercise isn’t working for you, your trainer will provide tips and substitutions. No gym needed!
