See what's possible in just six weeks with a tight diet and high intensity interval training. We're pulling out all the stops, using every trick in the book to burn through fat and chisel out muscle. We'll change your body as fast as physiologically possible, while keeping you safe and (hopefully) sane.
How does it work?
4 days a week we'll be doing high intensity interval workouts. This will involve a set of full body exercises (like burpees and mountain climbers) done rapidly one after another. These workouts scorch through calories while building lean, functional muscle, the perfect combination to get the tone and definition you're after.
At the same time, your diet runs lean and mean, getting strict quickly and staying strict for the duration. A chiseled body is made in the kitchen, not the gym!
