Kenzai Blast programs are designed to be fun, fast, effective training over a short 4-week burst. Because time is short, we choose a focus for each Blast program and work hard for a quick aesthetic result. We also have a ton of fun along the way!
In the Beach Ready Blast, we take a simple goal. In four weeks, how can we pull out all the stops and get you ready to look great in a swimsuit?
This Blast focuses on two aesthetic goals:
- Reduce body fat as fast as possible while keeping you healthy and safe.
- Build structure and tone in the core muscles.
This program emphasizes a strict diet, effective cardio, and plenty of core exercises. We're not looking to build muscle mass. We're getting lean and strengthening the mid-section - the two most important aspects of looking good on the shore or at the pool.
Whether you have a beach trip in the horizon, or just want a quick burst of intense training, join Beach Ready and get your body fat and core up to spec in record time. Along the way you'll also learn tips and tricks to look your best on beach day.
