Kenzai Body 2 will take your fitness to the next level! Over the years we’ve had hundreds of Kenzai Body graduates contact us about doing another full 90 day training cycle. Some people try on their own with mixed success, others have redone the original plan and found it less than thrilling to be repeating the same material for a second time.
It’s clear that a Kenzai alumni needs a specially designed course when they want to dive into a complete 3 month training effort. You need fresh lessons that take your understanding of nutrition and physiology deeper. You need new workouts that challenge your body in new and surprising ways. You need a trainer that understands the unique motivational hurdles you’ll face in a second round of intense training. And you need to team up with fellow Kenzai Body graduates who understand the rules of the road and are ready to get down to business.
It’s with all of this in mind that we’ve created Kenzai Body 2.
90 new lessons. 90 new workouts. 12 weeks of diets. A dedicated trainer. A small group of fellow alumni to bond with. The only thing missing is you!
Kenzai Body 2 is designed for Kenzai Body graduates who are looking to take their fitness back up to Day 90 levels and beyond. You don’t need to be in fantastic shape to start, but we would like you to have a few solid weeks of exercise under your belt. The workout intensity will ramp up like a usual program, but we’ll be starting with slightly more challenging exercises and want you to be able to dive in without risk of overdoing it and bailing out due to burnout or injury.
If you’ve really slipped and are in very poor condition you should consider doing a few weeks of Kenzai Life or a Reboot course before jumping into Kenzai Body 2. However, if you’ve just gained a few kilos but are still going strong and feeling reasonably fit then you’re in the right place to join Body 2!
Don’t sign up for a second round of intense training unless you’re truly ready for all the time and responsibility it entails. If you’re looking for a shorter program or quick results we’ll be releasing programs that scratch that itch in the near future. Kenzai Body 2 is for serious trainees willing to put in the 13 weeks of consistency and determination. If that sounds like you, choose a start date below and let’s make it happen!
