Ready for Round 3?
Kenzai members have demanded it, and we’re delivering; a third and final round of Kenzai Body that will take you to a new personal best. You know the recipe; 90 days of nutrition, workouts, community, and education. In this final cycle of the “Body” series we’ll be introducing advanced workout techniques that open new training methods to your repertoire, and prepare your body for whatever sports or fitness pursuits you choose to take on next.
The daily lessons deal with the motivational challenges of training for the long term, introduce the latest cutting edge science around fitness and nutrition, and give you the opportunity to create your own nutrition plans and workouts based around your needs.
Body 3 has the usual ramp-up of a Kenzai program, but we’ll expect that you arrive in moderately decent shape so that we can get down to business quickly. If your fitness level has dropped a lot, consider doing a few weeks of Kenzai Life, a 28 day Reboot course, or something similar to get prepared for Body 3.
