Swing your bells to the next level with Kettlebell 2!
If you've learned to love the Kettlebell in our first Kenzai Kettlebell program, come back for another round of training with Kettlebell 2! We'll ease you back into the squats, swings, and presses you mastered in Bells 1, and add in a whole new family of exercises using two kettlebells for unrivaled gains in functional strength and coordination. You'll also get to grips with the biggest, baddest Kettlebell move of them all, the Turkish Get-Up!
Like the first Kettlebell program, Kettlebell 2 is 6 weeks long (42 days) and comes with daily lessons, weekly nutrition plans, and a trainer and team to keep you on track. This program is only open to graduates of the first Kettlebell program who have learned the basics of the bells.
