KENZAI NOVA IS DESIGNED FOR GRADUATES OF KENZAI BODY 1 OR KENZAI RUN AND ONLY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS
Are you ready for Kenzai’s newest program? One dedicated to promoting functional fitness and optimum performance by way of advanced strength and high intensity interval training? These sessions will always be quick, but they’ll never be easy.
Over the course of six weeks you’ll not only attack workouts that’ll make you sweat, but you’ll see tough community challenges that’ll tax your mind.
How Does it work?
We’ll introduce you to Tabata workouts - Kenzai Style. This approach to High Intensity Interval Training will leave you stronger and more explosive than ever before.
If that’s not enough, you’ll see tough strength workouts you can customize to include kettlebells, dumbbells, or resistance bands.
Kenia Nova starts tough. You’ll want to be in decent shape to handle the load.
Daily Lessons will be short and punchy. Minimal bandwidth will be going towards reading in this program. And we won’t leave your nutrition to chance. The demanding nature of Nova will mean you’ll see plenty of grams throughout the program. Staying well-fueled while keeping eating clean will yield impressive results!
