Health is about much more than body fat and muscle mass. Feeling good in your body is hugely dependent on your flexibility, joint health, and range of motion. Kenzai Reach gives you an opportunity to spend 8 weeks focusing on these things, and will get you to a whole new level of flexibility in a very short period of time. You’ll be amazed.
Kenzai Reach isn’t just stretching, it’s an ingenious system that takes the best from gymnastics, martial arts, and yoga to deliver awe-inspiring flexibility. Reach workouts are unlike anything you’ve done in past Kenzai programs. You’ll be working with your body in a whole new way!
On the diet front, Reach is unique in that you can choose how intense you want your diet to be. If you want to shed body fat and get lean in these 8 weeks, we’ll pitch your diet that direction. If you’re not so concerned with slimming down and want a more generous diet, we’ll take it easy on you and let you focus on the joy of your newfound flexibility!
