Fallen off your routine? Kenzai Go is built for people who’ve lost momentum and want a clear, manageable way to get back on track.

This program is designed from top to bottom to clear away doubt and excuses. There are five workouts a week which you can do whenever you like. What’s more, the workouts are extremely short and simple, always 20 minutes long. All you need is resistance bands or dumbbells.

On the nutrition side, Kenzai Go has an easy 3 meals and 2 snacks a day plan. You can run the diet strictly to the gram, or just work to eat clean without measuring. We’ll meet you were you are.

Throughout the course daily lessons will teach you how to regain your drive and discipline . We’ll cover proven techniques that help you stick to your goals and learn why motivation falters despite your best intentions.
